We are currently providing specialized engineering services for the steel industry in all specialties.
Completed projects:
• Analysis and Structural Design of the NWoW Office Building for Completion in FAT 2.
• Analysis and Structural Verification of the Existing Koppel Steel Building in Pennsylvania.
• Analysis and Structural Verification of Existing Rail Beams in FAT 1.
The Project consists of the construction of a new Body Filler Production Plant in Ocoyoacac, Edo. Mex.
Basic Engineering development service
• The technical solution was defined and the basic engineering of the project was developed.
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) development service
• The FEED engineering package was developed for the selection of suppliers, contractors, permit management,
etc.
Owner's Engineer Service
• Supervision of the detailed engineering development prepared by the EPC Contractor, reviewing and validating
the design to guarantee compliance with the project requirements.
• Technical review of all project documentation (quality procedures, safety, construction, among others).
• Participation in dispute resolution sessions of a technical, construction and manufacturing nature.
• On-site supervision of technical activities related to construction, manufacturing and commissioning.
The "Cuxtal Fase II" Project consists of increasing the transport capacity of the Energía Mayakán Natural Gas
Transportation System through additional infrastructure, mainly; compression infrastructure, parallel gas
pipelines ("Loops"), as well as new measurement, regulation and control stations ["EMRyC"], including
adjustments to existing facilities.
Basic Engineering Service
• The technical solution of the project was consolidated (different solution alternatives were studied/analyzed),
as well as other complementary specialized technical studies and analysis, cost estimates and consultancies
related to Project Management were done.
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Service
• The FEED regarding Loops, new EMRyCs and modifications to existing facilities was developed.
• The FEED regarding compression infrastructure (Compressor Stations) was developed.
The Project in the existing Natural Gas Transportation System "Gasoducto Ramones Phase II South" consisted of
determining the root cause of the current problem of not being able to increase the demand for NG in the Apaseo
El Alto Measurement and Regulation Station; due to excessive pressure drops across the coalescing filter and
noise and high vibration issues on the flow measurement and control skid.
Due to the aforementioned, the scope of the engineering service was listed below:
• Dimensional analysis of coalescing filters.
• Dimensional analysis of process lines in the Filtration, Measurement and Flow Control sections.
• Dimensional analysis of flow measurement and control process equipment for design capabilities (current and
future).
• Calibration of the hydraulic model in steady state of the existing Natural Gas Transportation System
"Gasoducto Ramones Phase II South" (according to contractual flows, pressures and temperatures).
• Hydraulic Simulation of the Natural Gas Transportation System "Ramones Phase II South" at maximum operating
capacity.
The "Cuxtal Fase 1" Project consisted of the interconnection between the Mayakán and SISTRANGAS system through a
16 km gas pipeline, as well as a Measurement, Regulation and Control Station.
Basic Engineering Service
• Basic engineering for the project was developed.
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Service
• FEED packages required for Phase I of the project were developed.
Owner's Engineer Service
The main executed activities were the following:
• Detailed engineering prepared by the EPC Contractor was supervised, reviewed, and validated to ensure
compliance with project requirements.
• The technical review of all the project documentation (quality, safety, construction procedures, among others)
was carried out.
• Participated in technical, constructive, and manufacturing dispute resolution sessions.
• The supervision of On-site technical activities regarding construction, manufacturing and commissioning was
carried out.
Detailed engineering for the "City Gate San Gil" project was developed, which consisted in the design of a new
Measurement, Regulation and Control Station and the interconnection with the existing gas pipeline "SAUZ-PIQ
2000", to guarantee the supply of natural gas to the delivery point located in San Juan del Río, Querétaro.
The detail engineering developed covered the following disciplines, among others:
• Processes
• Mechanics
• Pipeline
• Instrumentation & control
• Electrical
• Civil
• Telecommunications
• Flexibility and finite element analysis
• HVAC and industrial ventilation
Consolidated basic and detailed engineering were developed, which
consisted in the design of a new Measurement, Regulation, and Control
Station and the interconnection with the existing gas pipeline
"Valtierrilla - Aguascalientes" for supplying natural gas to a new
delivery point in Silao Guanajuato. The detail engineering developed
covered the following disciplines, among others: Processes, Mechanical,
Pipeline, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Civil, TELECOM,
Flexibility and finite element analysis, HVAC and industrial
ventilation.
The construction of the new Measurement, Regulation and Control Station
was carried out.
The Project included the consolidated technical solution to increase the capacity of the entire Natural Gas
Transportation System (STGN) of Energía Mayakán by extending the upstream injection point (Cactus area in
Reforma, Chiapas), including a new measurement station, as well as as adaptations and updating to all the
components and elements of the STGN.
Basic Engineering Service
• Definition of the technical solution and development of the basic engineering of the project.
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) service
• The necessary FEED packages for Phase I were developed of the project (Pipeline/Compression).
